ORDERING POLICY
PERSONALISED MUSIC CD'S & INTERACTIVE CD/ROM STORY BOOKS
POJO Kids ® have come across many beautiful and unique ways to both pronounce and spell Children's names.
Please ensure you have chosen the correct phonetic name before you place your orders.
Always look for different spellings of your child's name, and then include the correct spelling
Example: Sharlese/Charlise, Steven/Stephen, Charlie/Charlee/Charley correct spelling will be printed on the label.
If you are unsure please call us to hear a demonstration over the telephone prior to order placement as we CANNOT refund orders once a personalised cd or storybook has been burnt and labelled with the wrong phonetic choice of name. If we are at fault we will replace the product within 7 days.
PERSONALISED DVD'S
Please refer to the picture help/guidelines for the individual DVD's
As the product is personalised please call us if you are unsure as we CANNOT refund orders once a personalised DVD has been burnt and labelled. If we are at fault we will replace the product within 10/14 days.
STOCK
Whilst we make every effort to ensure all our products are in stock and display items as "out of stock" sometimes an out of stock situation may occur. If a product you order does happen to be "out of stock" we will contact you immediately to provide an accurate availability date.
Please Note: November and December are exceptionally busy months with Christmas purchases, all orders will be dealt with by date order to demonstrate fair practice to all of our valued customers.
PACKING
POJO Kids ® use specific padded envelope to ensure the products arrive in perfect condition.
CD's are packed 4 per envelope maximum to maintain quality of the jewel cases.
This also ensures that delivery charges are kept as low as possible in the small/medium packing range which aids delivery speed into domestic letter boxes and PO Boxes.
Backpack's, Bag's, Book's, DVD's and Placemats are packaged and posted direct from the manufacturer in individual envelopes.
POSTAGE
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
POJO Kids ® use Australia Post Small/Medium Parcel Post Service for all our deliveries.
To keep delivery costs as low as possible, we do not offer next day delivery as standard, although some areas may receive parcels in this time frame. If you require next day delivery please contact us for a quotation.
The Music CD's and Interactive CD/ROM Story Book parcels take 2 to 5 working days to be delivered to you, Bag's, Backpack's, Book's DVD's and Placemat's take 10/21 days from order placement (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays)
Requests for parcels to be left at front doors, side of the house etc., will not be fulfilled as we do not know how secure the premises are.
OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA
Use same service as above, same ordering quantities and packaging information applies.
